Glaceon Crochet Plushie - Pokedex sized

As a protective technique, it can completely freeze its fur to make its become more cute!

I made Glaceon quite awhile ago (When B&W2 came out and I had a full Eevee evolution team) and I realized I never wanted to work with 'textured' yarn again. Working with the fuzzy yarn nearly made me go insane! It was so hard to find my stitches! (But it also hides the stitches, giving it more of a 'plushie' look)

Glaceon is made with baby yarn (and is very soft and cuddly) and is as close to lifesize as I could come. She is about a 1.5ft high (if standing and not including ears) and about 2 ft long (a little longer including her tail)

This is awesome and so adorable! Are you releasing the pattern at all?

I plan to release all my patterns eventually. I just need to find the time to make them presentable. I'd much rather be crocheting!

What are the eyes and nose made out of?

Eyes are made out of polar fleece, and stitched onto the head. The nose is just a really big 'safety' nose or teddy bear nose, made out of plastic

Very adorable! I may end up experimenting with textured baby yarn soon with one of my amigurumi projects, since obviously they make projects end up looking more like a plush as you've stated. Hopefully I would be able to find my stitches as well. Overall keep up the good work!

Thanks! It was soooo frustrating! I kept losing stitches (luckily the texture kinda hides any mistakes) I don't know how people actually make blankets and such out of the stuff!

I can imagine but it certainly all paid off though! But like you said, even with some very minor mistakes the yarn is so plushy that it is not noticeable at all, which is a huge plus. And yeah seriously! :D
